- Complete Life Blueprint
- (15-20 mins) Read it over every day, following along with your finger. Close your eyes after each paragraph and imagine every detail.
- Write and record all the things you’ll need to believe to achieve these things. Listen any time you have free time.
You’ll be doing these things daily. These exercises will literally create new neurological pathways in the brain and activate your motivation and reward centers. By the end of the six month period, any feeling of doubt of incompetence will be gone and you’ll be feeling ready to take on your wildest dreams.
