By providing the information below, I am expressly authorizing RE/MAX Real Estate Associates to charge my provided credit card for unpaid amounts from my monthly statement of $228.00 plus a fee of 4% of the statement amount.

Such a charge will not be incurred only if my monthly statement is not paid in full before noon on the first business day of the month. This credit card authorization is in effect until rescinded by me in writing.

By providing this information, I also give permission for my final bill, plus 4% to be paid on this credit card if my sponsorship with RREA is terminated.
